Workflow guide / Recurring research

Keep a standing question in motion.

Give a research question a scope and a cadence. Follow the background work and review what changes over time.

01

Write a specific objective

Describe the question, the information that matters, and the form of the result you want. A focused objective makes it easier to review whether each run has answered the question.

  • A clear research question
  • Relevant public or shared sources
  • An output you can inspect
02

Choose a schedule or a watcher

Use a scheduled task to revisit a topic, or a page watcher to follow a particular public page. Background work can continue after you close the app, carrying the context attached to the task.

Review the findings

Read the result and inspect its sources before using it for an important decision. Research can return a cited report, and background delivery can bring the result to your inbox.

04

Keep the objective under your control

Follow progress, pause the task when priorities change, and review requests for consequential actions. Repeated failures can pause a mission for attention. A standing objective is not blanket permission to send, publish, or purchase.

Put it into practice

Make the objective clear.
Keep the result reviewable.

Start with the context you want Praxa to use and the outcome you need.

Create recurring work

Your next step

Start with the work
in front of you.

Bring a question, a workflow, or a standing objective.
