A connection gives Praxa a way to work with a tool you already use. Start with the task you want to complete, then connect the smallest useful set of accounts.
Start with a specific task
Identify the information you need and where it lives. Preparing a meeting might involve a calendar and a shared document; investigating an issue might involve a repository. Supported integrations include services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, and GitHub, subject to availability and granted access.
Review the connection and access
Open the connector area and follow the available connection flow for the service you need. Review the account and permissions before granting access. A connected account may still have its own document, channel, or repository permissions. If something is unavailable, share the relevant material directly rather than assuming the connection can see it.
Name the source in your request
Point the agent to the project, document, conversation, or repository that matters. Explain the date range and what to look for. Ask for source links in the result so you can review the original material.
Use the connected documents for this project to prepare a meeting brief. Link the source for each decision, separate open questions from agreed next steps, and prepare a draft without sending it.
Keep actions and access deliberate
Changes, sends, and destructive operations remain subject to approval. Supported custom MCP connections can extend the available tools and follow the same action policies. Review or revoke connections when they are no longer needed, and check team role and channel scope for shared work.
Put it to work.
