What should I include in a support request?
Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and whether you were using the web app, iPhone app, or Praxa Control. Include the page or feature and the approximate time. Do not include passwords, API keys, or other secrets.
How do I join the iPhone beta?
Open the TestFlight invitation on your iPhone. It shows current build availability and device requirements.
How do I review remembered context?
Praxa supports inspecting, correcting, and removing memories. Review the controls available in your app and read the data controls guide for the distinction between memories and connected access.
How do I report a security concern?
Email team@praxa.io with the affected page or feature and a clear description. Use the security page for the published controls and policies.
