A practical guide to delegating work with Praxa

Give your agent the outcome, context, and boundaries it needs to turn a request into a result you can review.

A useful request describes what should be different when the work is done. Start with one concrete deliverable, then give Praxa enough context to make the result useful to you.

Start with the outcome

Describe the audience, format, and purpose of the work. “Prepare a two-page briefing for our planning meeting” gives the agent a clearer destination than “look into this.” Add a deadline when timing matters and say which decisions the briefing needs to support.

  • Name the deliverable and who will use it.
  • Include the relevant project, files, or source links.
  • State constraints such as length, tone, and scope.

Share the context that matters

Explain the decisions already made and the questions still open. Share relevant material directly or use a supported connected app. A connection only provides the access you grant; it does not mean Praxa can read every account or company document.

Make the review point explicit

Ask for a draft when you want to inspect the work before it is used. Identify anything that requires your decision, including recipients, publishing destinations, and changes to external systems. Preparation can move ahead while consequential actions remain subject to approval.

Try a request like this
Prepare a two-page briefing from these sources. Include the key findings, open questions, and links supporting each recommendation. Show me the draft before sharing it.

Continue from the result

Review the output against the outcome you set. Correct a wrong assumption, ask for a missing source, or request a different format in the same conversation. For recurring work, turn the useful pattern into a mission with a clear schedule and a defined review point.
