Product / Agent email
Your agent has its own inbox.
The moment you sign up, your agent gets a real email address of its own: it reads, drafts, and sends with your approval, and handles its own verification mail.

Re: design review — Thursday works, send the link
Praxa can read and draft here. Sending still waits for you.
Every Praxa agent gets a working email address of its own, provisioned automatically from sign-up. It can read, search, draft, and send with your approval, and it can sign you up for a service and retrieve the confirmation code from its own mail without that code ever passing through you.
What it does
A mailbox, not a plugin bolted onto yours
A real inbox in the app
Inbox, sent, drafts, and spam folders with live updates, no external mail client needed.
Review before it sends
New emails, replies, and forwards all wait as a draft card until you tap send.
Handles its own verification
It can sign up for a service and read back the confirmation code from its own mailbox, so that code never has to pass through you.
How it works
Step 1: It gets an inbox
Provisioned automatically the first time it needs one, no setup from you.
Step 2: It works the mail
Reads, searches, and files what arrives, and drafts a reply or a new message when you ask.
Step 3: You approve the send
Every outgoing email surfaces as a draft card. Tap to send, or say "just send it" to skip the extra tap.
What it does not do
- Sending always requires your approval. The tool itself cannot send on its own.
- The agent's address uses Praxa's own domain. A custom domain for the agent's email is not available yet.
- This is the agent's own mailbox, not access to your personal email account.
- Cloud chat and the in-app Inbox only, on iPhone or web. Not available in voice or the on-device model.
Frequently asked questions
Can AI manage my email inbox for me?
Praxa's agent manages its own inbox, not your personal one. It gets a real address the moment you sign up, reads and files what arrives there, and drafts replies or new messages, but every send waits for your tap unless you say "just send it".
How do I give an AI agent its own email address?
With Praxa you don't have to. Your agent is provisioned a working address automatically the first time it needs one, and it starts using it immediately, whether that's corresponding on your behalf or handling a sign-up for a service.
Is it safe to give an AI access to my email?
Praxa's agent never touches your personal email account. It has its own address and its own mailbox. Anything it drafts, a new message, a reply, or a forward, surfaces as a card you review, and sending always waits for your explicit approval.
Can an AI agent sign up for services and receive verification emails?
Yes. Because the agent has a real inbox of its own, it can sign up for a service and pull the confirmation code straight out of its own mail. The code never has to pass through your inbox or be read out to you first.
Can I use a custom domain for my agent's email address?
Not yet. The agent's address today uses Praxa's own domain. A custom domain for agent email is on the roadmap but is not available in the product yet, so do not expect a branded address for your own domain.
