How it works
Step 1: Connect once
Sign in with the provider's real login. Credentials are encrypted, and most connectors use one-tap OAuth.
Step 2: It works inside your tools
Ask in chat and the agent reads what it needs from the connected app.
Step 3: You approve anything that changes something
A write, a send, a delete: every one of them stops for your sign-off, and the model cannot approve itself.
What it does not do
- Free tier connects five apps at a time. Paid tiers raise the cap.
- Custom MCP servers go through the same write gate as built-in connectors; nothing gets a free pass.
- Robinhood connects today for portfolio, positions, and quotes. Placing or canceling a trade is not available yet.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Zapier if I use Praxa's connectors?
Connectors are built for the agent to use in conversation and missions, not for wiring arbitrary triggers between two other apps. If you want the agent to check your calendar or file a ticket while it works, that's what a connector is for; a general integration platform still has its own place.
Can I add a tool that isn't in the built-in list?
Yes. Add any remote MCP server as your own custom connector. The definition stays on your device, the credential stays in your Keychain, and the agent calls that server's tools through the same policy-gated client as every built-in connector.
Is it safe to connect my accounts?
Credentials are encrypted at rest, and every action is classified read, write, or destructive the moment it runs. Reads flow so the agent can be useful; anything that changes your account requires a server-recorded approval that names the exact action, and the model cannot approve itself.
How many connectors do I get for free?
Five, on the free plan. That is the number of apps you can have connected at once; paid tiers raise the cap. You can still add a custom MCP server, subject to the same free-tier connector limit.
Can the whole team share one connection?
Yes. An admin connects a tool once for the whole workspace, and the shared connection is governed by roles and per-channel scope, so the org's agent works with what the org already uses instead of everyone connecting the same tool separately.
